4. Can I return a product if it is damaged or defective? 

Yes, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund. 

5. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

6. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your refund, we will notify you about your approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Do you offer tracking for my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can track your package in real time.

10. Can I request gift wrapping?

At the moment, we don’t offer gift wrapping services. However, many of our products come in elegant packaging that is perfect for gifting!
